AIM Renewed Balance® is a topical cream that helps your body stay in

AIM Renewed Balance® contains 750 mg of natural progesterone per ounce
(1,500 mg per 2-oz. jar). This amount of natural progesterone means you
use less cream per serving, making a jar of AIM Renewed Balance® last much
longer than competing products. Ingredients Purified Water Directions: AIM strongly emphasizes that the daily amount of progesterone usage be between 20 and 24 mg. We suggest that you apply 1/8 of a measuring teaspoon per day, two or three weeks of the month, depending upon the needs. (see notes below) This amount contains approximately 20 mg of natural progesterone. This is in line with Dr. Lee's typical recommendation of 20 to 24 mg of natural progestereone per day. Premenopausal women: 1/8 of a measuring teaspoon per day for two weeks (from ovulation to menstruation). Ovulation generally begins 12 to 14 days after the first day of menstruation. Apply to areas of thin skin. It is always best to work with a health practitioner to determine your optimum serving. Postmenopausal women: 1/8 of a measuring teaspoon per day for two to three weeks.
